  • Thanks again to Ethna, Jono and Penny for joining me on a litter pick last weekend. Sorry for the short notice but we joined the Hayling Island Litter Pick and weren't given much notive. Next time I will make sure there is plenty more notice.

  • Bird Aware Solent walks

Following last year's very successful walks with Tony to identify the migratory birds we are holding two more walks this winter.

The dates are: Sunday 18th January and Saturday 14th February.
The plan is to either walk at the Oyster Beds or Farlington Marshes.
Please let me know your preferred location and/or date and I will try to match you with the most suitable.

  • Talk on the Nature Recovery in the Harbour.

Kate L'Aime from the Chichester Harbour Nature RecoveryProject would like to come and update us with the progress in the harbour of the various projects that are going on such as salt marsh, sea grass, Turns, Oysters.
Kate will give a talk on how things are progressing in these areas and share some positive news.

  • Art Workshop.

Date to be confirmed.
The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust will be coming to join us next February/March to run an art workshop using beeswax and talk to us about seagrass and how we can help it thrive.
