Wild Goose Chase-Pursuit Race Saturday 18 July 2026

This is a joint event with Locks and Tudor in Langstone Harbour - allow plenty of time to get to the start!

This is to be run as a pursuit race, which means the slowest boats start first, with increasingly faster boats starting until all competitors are racing the same course. If boats are sailed to their handicap all boats should reach the finish at the same time!

The start line will be between the Committee Boat 'Sinbad' (a launch) and a red buoy. Depending on wind direction the start will be in the vicinity of Sinah ski area / Sword Point /Ski raft area.

The start for the very slowest boat allowed (Feva) is planned for 2.30pm (warning at 2.25pm).
