Galley - Sunday 11th May

Without any volunteers for this weekend you are lumped with The Boss. I will be preparing an Asian salad: Bang Bang Turkey and serving with Jasmine Rice. For dessert there will be a homemade Banoffee Pie.

To be assured you have a serving please put your name down in the Galley Forum by 12:00 on Saturday to allow for shopping and preparation.

We have lots of galley dates free, if you wish to do a meal for the members, please contact Paula and I can talk you through the process. Bag a couple of duties ahead of the rush at the end of the year.
